Dark looked as if a shadow fell over him, "I forgott our family was supposed to be here....hey Rocky, Does an old squirrel still live close to here? Right around where the path is the closest to the river Moss.?"

Dark kept walking, "No reason..." but as Dark kept walking Roxanne Stopped short, "Would you realy do that Rocky?" Tears welled up in Roxanne's eyes.

Roxanne laughed, "You have a point......They remind me of Dark and myself.......Just make sure you don't let them get into any contests together." She winked at Dark, but he just walked even faster to the dormitories. "Oh come on Dark....." She ran to catch up to him, "you know very well the reason you lost that pie eating contest was because i'm just that good." Dark halted and got in Roxanne's face, "How many times am I gunna have to tell you, I let you win........." Roxanne scoffed at him, "Yeah And for dramatic affect you passed clean out? You gotta be kidding me." Dark sighed and turned to Rocky, "She likes to draw things out." He jestured this with his paws. Roxanne mimicked him behind his turned back. Dark turned around to see a very innocient looking Roxanne, "Heehee."

Rocky crossed his arms and laughed at their antics. Two young fools in love." He thought. "Well, he we are." he said, pointing to their dormitories. "Hope ye enjoy yer stay, Dark." He said with a wink. "Oh, and if yer hungry, ye can go wake up Gulls Tilk whenever ye want and he'll make ye anythin'." He said with a nod.

Dark shook his head, "Thank you, but I couldn't wake anybeast up just to get something to eat....." Roxanne jumped up and down.."oh oh, I would, i would." Dark gave Roxanne a very stern look, then continued, "Are you sure you don't mind Going with me to see my fatherrrrrrr.........I mean that squirrel?" Dark mentally slaped himself, 'Stupid, think before you speak!!!!!!'

"Ill go with ye to get yer father...." Rocky chuckled. "C'mon, up ta bed first... I ain't goin' out there at night... Even if I had a Badger Lord to protect me..." He said in a dangerously low tone. "I'm not saying I'm a coward, but dangerous beasts roam Mossflow at night. Sure, ye'd have protection, but some beasts can pick ye off one by one..." He said. "I've learned from experience." Rocky told them. "One time, I was out with a group of about 40 shrews and their Log a Log--Their leader-- and we were walking down the pathway. There were bushes and trees on either side of us." He said. "Then all of a sudden, arrows hissed out of the trees like angry hornets. Then these weird looking creatures jumped out and attacked us..." He continued. "Me, and Log a Log, and a couple other shrews were the only ones that made it out alive..." He said. "Now... Get ta bed.." He said.

Roxanne shuddered, "Gahhhh, why'ld ya tell me that? Now i'm gunna have nightmares....." Dark Smirked and put a paw around Roxanne's waist, "Now now, if you have a nightmare, you can always crawl in bed with me." He carfully slid his paw a little lower. Roxanne imediatly turned around and slaped his arm. "Ow why'd you do that? I was only playing." Roxanne tried to hid her blush as she scolded him, "Because i don't know when you are playing or being a perv."

"Ah tild ye so ye won't attempt to go out at night, without the proper protection." HE said. He then saw Dark and Roxanne slapping his arm and laughed. Rocky watched, silently laughing. He chuckled openly a bit. "C'mon, get ta bed, now." He said. Rocky then walked away to his own dorm.

Turning to the door behind her she looked back at Dark, "Good night." Dark watched her go into her room, "Good night, my Annie."
